Lisencing Requirement
Unlicensed Premises
For unlicensed premises a Temporary Event Notice must be obtained. This license is granted by the local authority in conjunction with the police.
We can organise the license as part of our service, a minimum of 15 working days is required.
Licensed Premises
The permission of the premises license holder must be obtained for licensed premises. The service of the bar must operate within the times permitted
by the license (unless a Temporary Event Notice (see above) is obtained to alter the license timings).
Provision of Bar Equipment With or Without Stock
If you do not intend to sell alcohol you do not need to obtain a license. A Temporary Event Notice will be required, if you do intend to sell alcohol.
